About us

We are François and Agnes – hospitable people who enjoy life, both born in Hoogeveen – and for several years now the proud owners of this special property in the heart of Lessona. Our love for Italy has always been there, but it became truly serious when Agnes started her own Italian pizzeria, restaurant, and ice cream parlour in Lheebroek, on the edge of the beautiful Dwingelderveld National Park. For 12 years, she ran her business with passion, where hospitality, good food, and Italian atmosphere were at the heart of everything. It was a place where people loved to return – something we now also hope to create in our holiday accommodation. After years of hard work, we decided together to take a new step and follow our dream. We found it in a historic house in the charming village of Lessona, in the hills of Piedmont. A place full of character, peace, and beauty – where we can let our guests enjoy everything this region has to offer. Whether you are coming for a few days of relaxation, a stop during your journey, or to discover the culture and nature of Piedmont: with us you are in good hands.
